Partners (the "Fund") is an alternative investment vehicle organized as
a limited partnership for accredited investors.
The Fund has been in operation since 2002.

Fund pursues
four investment objectives:
- Long term capital growth
- Positive returns regardless of
investment
climate or market cycle

Philosophy [Top]
The Fund was formed to help individual
investors
overcome two significant limitations of conventional investment
vehicles such as stocks, mutual funds, and index funds, namely:
- Outperforming
the market is unsustainable for the vast majority of investors. Few
professional fund managers, financial advisers, and self-directed
individuals have track records that consistently beat the market.
- Investment
returns are highly sensitive to the current market cycle.
Being invested during sideways or down markets clouds the
predictability of planning and prolongs the time it takes to attain
long-term financial goals.
The Fund was established with the aim of
generating
above-average returns on a consistent basis, in up, down or flat
markets. By focusing on two success factors: resistance to market
cycles and consistent performance, the Fund attempts to offer a viable
long-term wealth-building strategy.

The
Fund evaluates its performance
against the success factors cited above by measuring whether it has, for a given timeframe:
(a) more up periods (e.g., months) than the market, (b) higher average
net returns than the market, and (c) lower variance (i.e., swings) in
net returns than the market.
Accelerated Capital employs a proprietary
trading
system that is derived from statistical studies of historic market
results, combined with an understanding of characteristics inherent to
options markets and trading. The system concentrates on trading options
on broad-based market indexes, such as the Standard & Poor's
indexes.
By implementing its unique, objective trading system, the Fund applies
a disciplined investment methodology to achieve repeatable, systematic
growth, exhibiting the following characteristics:
- Continuous
compounding
- Asset liquidity
- Realized returns
- Favorable tax
treatment
For purposes of
clarity, the Fund
avoids investment styles employed by other hedge funds, such as:
- Predicting market trends,
directions, turning
points, or in any way trying to “time the market”
- Riding the momentum of hot stocks or
new issues
- Betting on macroeconomic trends,
such as directional movements of
interest rates, currency exchange rates, or commodity prices
